Sweet & Easy Banana Bread Protein Mug Cake
If you like banana bread and you’re strapped for time then you’re going to love this 2 minute Sweet & Easy Banana Bread Mug Cake recipe.   But wait, that’s not all! 1 Large Whole Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons (14g) Coconut Flour
1/2 Scoop Labrada 100% Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
1-2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar Alternative
1 Ounce Milk, Milk Substitute, or LEAN BODY® shake
1/2 Banana
1. Add all of your ingredients into a mug and mix them together until smooth
2. Microwave for :30 seconds
3. Mix everything up a bit again (this will make it cook evenly)
4. Microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes
Use a fork to “mash” your RIPE banana in while mixing!
Be careful! The mug will be very hot at first.
Makes 1 Mug Cake
