Holiday Protein Candy Cane Fluff

You can find candy canes pretty much anywhere this time of the year and today we’re going to add to that with a Protein Candy Cane Fluff using our 100% Whey Vanilla Protein Powder! This takes less than 5 minutes to prep and will satisfy that craving for peppermint in a “whey” healthier option!

• 4 Ounces (120g) Fat-Free Cream Cheese
• 1/4 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
• 1/2 Candy Cane (Crushed Up)
• 1 Scoop (57g) 100% Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
• 6 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff

Crush up your Candy Cane
2. Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl
3. Mix everything together

Tip: Use a garlic press to crush up your candy cane!
