Congratulations
on taking your first step toward changing your body! As you gain
control of your body in the weeks ahead, you can expect these
three things to happen:
- Your
physique will improve. You’ll start to see the
fat melt off. Your arms and legs will tighten up. Your midsection
will start to flatten out.
- You’ll
feel better about the way you look,
and your self-confidence will grow. And as it does…
- You’ll
feel empowered. As you make changes on the outside,
you’ll start noticing changes on the inside too.
There’s
a saying that “If you have the will to win, you have achieved
half your success; if you don’t, you have achieved half
your failure.” Well I know that you have the will to win.
To help set the stage for your personal achievement, I want you
to do the following three things today. Ready?...
Take
your before pictures. This can be a powerful motivator
for you to change. Post a before picture on your bathroom mirror
or fridge, where you can see it every day. This won’t be
you for long--- every day you will be moving away from the old
you in a fresh, positive way. I also want you to take a tape measure
and measure your waist, hips, chest, arms and legs. And, weigh
yourself.
Write
down your goal on an index card and keep it where you
can see it constantly. Memorize this goal, and repeat it to your
self periodically during the day, especially before meal times
and workouts.
Get
a body buddy. That’s a person that you can be accountable
to during the course of the Challenge. A coworker, friend, or
family member will be perfect. Perhaps you can talk them into
going through the Challenge with you. It’s always fun to
have company on an undertaking of this kind. Tell as many people
as you can that you are taking the Challenge. Every time that
you tell another person that you are taking the Challenge, it
will positively reinforce in your mind that you are going to complete
it. And you will!

A: No, you do not need your competitor packet to get started
on the New Year's Lean Body Challenge. The only thing you

White Pancake

Egg Whites
¼
Cup Uncooked Oatmeal
3
Tbs. Low Sugar Preservatives
Mix
together all ingredients in blender. Preheat a medium size
Teflon pan with cooking spray on medium heat. Pour mixture
into pan, cook approximately 4 – 5 minutes. Turn cake
over with wide spatula. Cook approximately 3 – 4 more
minutes or until inside of cake is cooked. Serves 1. |
