Here are the Fall 2003 Winners!

The Grand Champion for the 2003 Fall Lean Body ChallengeT is Andrew Freck from Nashville, Tennessee. Here's what he had to say about his inspiring and dramatic change:

"I cannot believe the metamorphosis that I have undergone in the past three months. And even though I reached great physical results during the LBC, the intangible successes are the ones of which I am most proud. I am more confident in myself than I have ever been. It did not happen overnight, nor do I think that I am finished, but I have placed myself on a path for better health and greater success in life. Thank you LBC for helping me find that path to a better me!"

Andy lost 22 pounds and went from 18% body fat to 8% body fat.
