dramatic change:

cannot believe the metamorphosis that I have undergone
in the past three months. And even though I reached
great physical results during the LBC, the intangible
successes are the ones of which I am most proud.
I am more confident in myself than I have ever been.
It did not happen overnight, nor do I think that
I am finished, but I have placed myself on a path
for better health and greater success in life. Thank
you LBC for helping me find that path to a better
me!" |
