Bodyweight Exercises Do Bodybuilding Good!

Bodybuilding training is composed mostly of weight training exercises.  For the best results possible, your bodybuilding training should be composed of mostly free weight exercises that use dumbbells and barbells for resistance.  However, I often get asked the questions: “What about bodyweight exercises?  Are these useful for bodybuilding?”

Best Arm Superset

Whether male or female, we all want lean, muscular arms.  I think our obsession with arm comes from the fact that they are seen or exposed more than any other body part.

A psychologist I’m not; so I’m just guessing as to why we want great arms.  A training expert I am; so I can tell you how to build great arms.  And it starts with this incredible arm superset.  In fact, if I could only do two arm exercises the rest of my life, it would be the two from this superset. Train This, Not That

This article is a dedication to someone who I truly respect. His name is David Zinczenko, and he is the editor-in-chief of Men’s Health magazine and the author of numerous best-selling books. David and I are both authors under the Rodale publishing company umbrella. David’s latest book entitled, “Eat This Not That”, has quickly become an industry best seller. The title say’s it all.
