Best Arm Superset

Whether male or female, we all want lean, muscular arms.  I think our obsession with arm comes from the fact that they are seen or exposed more than any other body part.

A psychologist I’m not; so I’m just guessing as to why we want great arms.  A training expert I am; so I can tell you how to build great arms.  And it starts with this incredible arm superset.  In fact, if I could only do two arm exercises the rest of my life, it would be the two from this superset.

Best Arm Superset

1a) EZ Bar Skull Crushers - 3 x 8-12

1b) EZ Bar Curls - 3 x 8-12

Do exercise 1a first.  Then, after quickly adjusting the weight as needed, proceed immediately to do the curls.  After resting two minutes, repeat two more times.

These sets do NOT included warm-up sets.  Do one or two light sets of each to promote blood flow and flexibility, warming you up for the upcoming heavy sets.

Try making this superset the cornerstone of your arm training for eight weeks and see if you reap the benefits of increased strength and size in your arms like most people.

For a detailed how-to on a very effective but little-known bicep exercise, read about DB Spider Curls.

Yours in health,

Dr Clay
