Dear Sir:

Regarding item #3, do you keep the recomendation if for lean persons? I'm 36 years old and my body fat does not exceed 5,5%. Even in this situation should I do cardio excercises on low carbs in blood?

Best Regards,

Jorge Samaha

PS: I'm trying to gain some lean, but I can't stop to do cardios, because I like them.
