Is it really necessary to perform some weight training and cardio before you proceed with the ab exercises? I’m sort of in a hurry to get flat stomach abs and I want to jump in directly to getting those abs ready.

I’ve seen a really helpful blog about this, called Flat Stomach Abs that provides lots of tips on how to sculpt your midsection. It does say I need to either walk, run, or jog. What else would you recommend?

    Thanks!
