Whether male or female, we all want lean, muscular arms. I think our obsession with arm comes from the fact that they are seen or exposed more than any other body part.
A psychologist I’m not; so I’m just guessing as to why we want great arms. A training expert I am; so I can tell you how to build great arms. And it starts with this incredible arm superset. In fact, if I could only do two arm exercises the rest of my life, it would be the two from this superset.

How many times have you said to yourself “I’ll start (over) on Monday because…”?
The stuff that comes after “because” is an excuse, and we simply have to accept that. I intentionally say “we” because I’m prone to the same tendency. Contrary to popular belief, being an “expert” does not make dieting or training any easier. I’m one of you.
Our tendency is to think that since we blew it with a bad meal or a bad day that we should just start over at a later date when we can be perfect. If you let yourself do this, you’ll be in a perpetual state of starting over. And that will get you nowhere. Would you turn around in your car at the first sign of traffic? Of course not, because then you’d never get to your destination.

Allow me to begin by saying that I’m excited about the new blog here at Labrada Nutrition. I think it shows the dedication of Lee and the Labrada team regarding their committment to educating you about nutrition and fitness. To kick off my participation, I want to go over the 7 Most Common Dieting Mistakes that I see people make. Why go over mistakes? So you won’t make them, that’s why. They say success leaves clues, and it does. But so do mistakes.
